Nookhue ("we", "us") operates https://nookhue.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact and shipping details you provide at checkout: name, email, shipping address and (optionally) phone number.
- Order details: products, amounts, payment status and shipment tracking.
- Basic technical data needed to run the site securely (e.g. IP address in server logs, error diagnostics).
- If you subscribe or leave a review: your email address, and the review you write (published with your first name and last initial).
Payment information
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never receive or store your card number or PayPal password; we only receive a confirmation of the payment, its amount and a transaction ID.
How we use your information
- To process, ship and support your order (including sending order, shipping and delivery emails).
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us fulfill your order: our fulfillment partner and its carriers (name, address, phone), PayPal (payment), our email provider (order emails), our package-tracking provider (tracking numbers) and our hosting/database providers. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
Cookies, pixels and analytics
We store your shopping cart in your browser's local storage. With your permission (via the cookie banner), we also use the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google Analytics to measure visits and the performance of our ads. These services may set cookies and receive information such as pages viewed, products added to cart and purchases. If you decline, these tools are not loaded. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Using advertising pixels may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you can opt out by declining cookies or emailing us.
Marketing emails
If you subscribe (for example to get a discount code) or start a checkout without finishing it, we may email you about your cart, new products and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Order and shipping emails are always sent.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and delete or anonymize them afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or ask how it is used, by emailing support@example.com. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their information and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We will respond within the time required by law.
