Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in the United States (50 states and DC). We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Orders ship from warehouses located in the United States. Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Multiple packages

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or the carrier marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at support@example.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will help you resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately — we can only change it before the order ships.
